Hello Seaglass Guests,
Welcome Fall 2022! We are maintaining our protocols from the summer season. Please note: the pool is closing in October but the Spa has re-opened!

The health and safety of our guests and staff are always top of mind to us. We know you hear that a lot...but I want assure you that we are constantly monitoring the health situation and following federal and state guidelines. 


We ask that you please note CDC guidelines to maintain community well-being.  At this time, our lobby is open for check-in and breakfast pickup. We require all guests to enter the lobby masked and will provide a mask if you don't have one. Daily housekeeping has resumed but we ask that if you are not feeling well,  if you have had close contact with someone that has COVID-19 or if you prefer to decline daily housekeeping that you let our front desk staff know. We will always provide clean linens and pick up refuse upon request. 

If the situation changes, we will update our health and safety protocols and post the information here. Seaglass Inn & Spa follows the guidance of the Town of Provincetown, Barnstable County and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Please note facial masks are required by staff while on property and we ask that unvaccinated guests maintain use of facial masks in public areas.

Lobby
Our lobby is open for check-in and breakfast pickup. We require all guests to enter the lobby masked and will provide a mask if you don't have one. The front desk staff is available to receive packages, provide linen, or answer questions from 8am-10pm each day. You can also make use of our text messaging service to reach the front desk during lobby hours. 

Occupancy levels and sanitation
Seaglass is operating at normal levels of occupancy. 

Sanitation
Our cleaning protocol follows CDC guidance in rooms and throughout the property and includes a thorough process of cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting. Please note, room occupancy is no longer limited.

Check-in and Check-out
To ensure proper cleaning between reservations, check-out is at 11am and check-in begins at 3pm. We can no longer allow for late check-out or early check-in. Please call our front desk if you will be arriving later than 6pm. Once you arrive on property, please call 508-487-1286 and our front desk attendant can meet you at your car and provide you with your room key and directions to your room.

Breakfast
Breakfast is made to order daily and can be ordered in advance and will be available to enjoy in your room or on property. Please order your breakfast by completing the online form or calling the front desk by 5pm the night before and indicating the time you would like delivery to your room.  Our menu form is available on our website. Please note that since all items are baked fresh daily, orders placed in the morning may take up to 60 minutes to prepare.

Housekeeping
Regular housekeeping is  available at this time. You can call the lobby anytime between 8am to 10 pm for towel, linen or toiletry replenishment. We ask that if you are not feeling well,  if you have had close contact with someone that has COVID-19 or if you prefer to decline daily housekeeping that you let our front desk staff know. As a reminder, after use, please leave your pool towels in the receptacle on the pool deck.

Ferry Pickup
Our shuttle service will be available on a first-come basis. Please call the front desk to reserve a seat on the shuttle.

Restaurants
Provincetown is full of eateries of all kinds. Local restaurants have open-air dining and takeout options. Summer has arrived and Provincetown is in FULL SWING! Please be sure to make your dinner and entertainment reservations before you visit, to ensure you are front and center for your celebrations. 

Entertainment
Cabarets, bars, nightclubs, theater, music, and comedy performances are active during the current phase. Please check the local tourism website for more details.

Whale Watching & Nature Walks
Beauty abounds in Provincetown, and the Dolphin Fleet research vessel and whale watch boat offers discounts to Seaglass guests. Our staff is happy to make a reservation for you directly.

Seaglass Spa
Our spa is open!   Please check with the front desk to make a reservation. Guests and therapists must stay masked at all times during spa service.

Hello Seaglass Guests,
We are currently monitoring the very dynamic situation in Provincetown as it pertains to COVID-19. At this time, the Town of Provincetown has issued an advisory due to an uptick in cases of COVID-19.

We ask that you please note CDC guidelines to maintain community well-being.  At this time, our lobby continues to be closed to the public and for now we have ceased daily housekeeping. As the situation changes, we continue to update our health and safety protocols and post the information here. We hope you'll enjoy your time at Seaglass and the well-deserved respite from a tough year. 
Massachusetts is re-opening and has recommendations for safe travel. Please follow the CDC guidelines to maintain community well-being.  Seaglass will continue our  safety protocols on the grounds and we’ve updated our COVID-19 restrictions to follow the guidance of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Dear Guests,
We are eager to welcome you back to the Seaglass Inn & Spa for the 2021 season.  It has been a difficult time and we hope that your time at Seaglass will give you just the respite that you need. Provincetown visitors and residents have been vigilant in keeping each other safe by wearing masks and social distancing. We will maintain such safety protocols on the grounds of Seaglass and we’ve updated our COVID-19 restrictions to follow the guidance of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

We hope you'll find these updates as a measure of safety and concern. We'll continue to update this site with information for you and you may always ask our guest services staff for clarity on our protocols.

2020 COVID-19 Precautions
Please note facial masks are required by all guests and staff while on property, including the pool area. According to the policy of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts, travelers are urged to self-quarantine for 10 days when arriving in Massachusetts from out of state. See blog post below for exceptions (including testing and vaccinations).

Our pool area is subject to the guidance of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. According to the current standards (Phase IV, Step 1) we will be limiting our pool occupancy to 50 % occupancy. You can make a reservation while on property for a two-hour block. Pool towels will be available at the lobby window.

Our shuttle service will be available on a limited basis. If you are arriving by ferry and we are unable to send our shuttle, we are happy to arrange for local transport. Fees for local taxis can be paid through your reservation to eliminate any cash or credit card contact with your driver.

2021 Season

April 16, 2021 is our official opening day for our 9th season!

We will continue to maintain our sanitation and disinfection protocols throughout our property. Housekeeping will be limited to check-in and check-out. We will refresh linen during your stay upon request.

We are happy to say Breakfast in Bed will continue! Just order breakfast online and indicate your preferred delivery time. All our tasty treats will be dropped at your door.

We continue to monitor all state and federal mandates, so please check here for any updates issued closer to your stay.

Massachusetts Travel Form

Massachusetts has issued a mandatory 10 day quarantine for visitors and residents. According to the Commonwealth's website: The rule requires that you MUST quarantine for 10 days with the following exceptions: 
  • Travelers who have received a negative COVID-19 result on a test administered not more than 72 hours prior to their arrival in Massachusetts.  Travelers may also test out of the quarantine advisory after arrival in Massachusetts, as long as they quarantine until receiving a negative test result.
  • Anyone who is entering Massachusetts for fewer than 24 hours
  • Anyone who is returning to Massachusetts after being out of the State for fewer than 24 hours
  • Workers who enter Massachusetts to perform critical infrastructure functions (as specified by the Federal Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency) during required commuting to or from work and while at work.
  • Travelers who are fully vaccinated (i.e. who have received two doses of either the Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines OR who have received a single dose of the Johnson & Johnson vaccine, 14 days or more ago) and who do not have symptoms.
